  • Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes and operating procedures to others
Quality Assurance and Release Management
  • Participate in end-to-end system design, analysis, integration, and testing of digital video broadcast and delivery systems.
  • Responsible of QA/Testing related activities in Agile methodology.
  • Define necessary test automation, design automation flow, and share implementation effort with software engineer.
  • Monitoring and ensuring each change to meeting business requirements on production.
  • Ability to handle several tasks, organize, document, make decisions, and work efficiently and effectively under pressure to the set tight deadlines.
  • 50% of work schedule should be with focus on performing test planning, enhancing existing automation test suites, writing automation test scripts and conducting functional/non-functional testing,
  • Create and maintain test cases based on business requirements.
  • Identify, document, report and investigate the root cause of defects.
