Job Description

We?re looking for a Sales training Specialist who can help us increase our sales and grow our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be able to work with our team to develop strategies to increase our sales.   • Design and implement training programs for the salesperson employees and expand their knowledge of products.

  • Providing guidance and support to better the sales technique and client interaction and products display
  • Evaluating the training needs for salesperson
  • Enhancing and evaluating for measuring the proficiency of the training programs
  • Making reports and training presentations
  • Making weekly/monthly reports
  • Designing and enhancing the training electronic bag
  • Making attractive training content including the presentations and podcasts and exercises and evaluates
  • Visiting the branches and providing the practical training on products and sales techniques
  • Arranging with relevant administration for providing training courses
