Company:Our client, a leading dairy manufacturing enterprise in the Middle East, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at their Fresh Milk Plant.Opportunity:Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the Fresh Milk Plant. The role involves leading a multicultural production team, ensuring compliance with operational and quality standards, and continuously driving improvement across all key performance areas.Responsibilities:The Plant Manager will be responsible for:? Supervising and motivating a multicultural team to ensure the daily production plan is delivered on time and within specification as per the Guide to Production (GTP).? Developing and implementing strategies to enhance GMP standards, staff competencies, departmental KPIs, and operational efficiency.? Ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures in all tasks performed.? Coordinating with other departments and business units to align production activities with broader business needs.? Reconciling all material movements within the Fresh Milk Department and managing stock levels.? Conducting monthly stock counts and ensuring accurate reconciliation with financial records.? Analyzing production data daily and implementing corrective actions where departmental KPIs are not achieved.? Preparing reports as required by the Manufacturing Director.? Following up on repairs for any damage or breakdowns in equipment or facilities under your responsibility.? Reporting incidents to the Manufacturing Director promptly, including details of corrective actions taken.? Delegating responsibilities to ensure department objectives are achieved across hourly, daily, weekly, and annual targets.?
