Strong knowledge of MDM, MAM (Mobile Application Management), and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM).
Experience with iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS device management.
Familiarity with network security, VPN configurations, encryption, and mobile threat defense (MTD).
Experience in Microsoft Exchange.
Responsibilities:
MDM Deployment & Administration: Install, configure, and maintain MDM solutions such as VMware AirWatch (Workspace ONE), Microsoft Intune, IBM MaaS360, MobileIron, or Citrix Endpoint Management.
Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, including encryption, remote wipe, geofencing, conditional access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
User & Access Control: Integrate MDM with Active Directory (AD), Office 365, and Single Sign-On (SSO) for identity and access management.
Integration & Automation: Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) for bulk device management and reporting.
Reporting & Monitoring: Generate compliance reports, security incident analysis, and usage tracking using MDM dashboards.
