Install, upgrade, and maintain the operating system and its ISV software
Apply corrective services to base operating system and ISV software as required
Provide software support (install, maintenance and upgrade) for client ISV supported products
Provide or obtain new versions and releases, upgrades, replacements or additional Operating System Software and its ISV products in accordance with Schedule H (Standards)
Support the operating system and its subsystems, compilers, programming languages, ISV products and operational tools
Install, customize, administer, and support pre-approved alternative tools and/or utilities.
Provide support for End Customer testing in support of the approved operating system and ISV maintenance or upgrades
Execute production subsystem (e.g., CICS, DB2, WMQ) started tasks restarts
Monitor subsystems (e.g., CICS, DB2, WMQ)
Batch scheduling and monitoring where applicable.
Install new releases/upgrades of CICS system software
Perform administrative support of RACF profiles for security access controls on various hardware/software products (e.g., cryptographic hardware, digital certificates, etc.).
Manage Digital Certificate Infrastructure within the Security Access Control Products.
