Job Description

The Factory Manager will direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, quality, maintenance, safety, sourcing, sales and financials. The Factory Manager will direct & collaborate with departmental managers to create budgets, develop business plans and possess proven leadership skills, as well as a strong ability to problem solving and make sound decisions that encourage growth.˙Role Objectives:

  • Design strategy and set goals for growth.
  • Develop business plans, implement & control budgets and optimize expenses.
  • Achieve company standards for excellence and quality.
  • Develop sales and seek out opportunities for business expansion.
  • Meet customer expectations in terms of quality and delivery.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly & monthly goals and ensure their completion.
  • Responsible for achieving company goals in terms of profit targets, capital expenditures, cost containment, manufacturing/plant engineering improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports for Executive Management.
  • Recruit, onboard, train high-performing employees & establish a highly motivational work environment to achieve departmental/company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
  • Responsible for compliance with environmental, health & safety goals/standards.
  • Responsible for improving business processes for each department through analysis and collaboration.˙
