This team includes Subject Matter Experts (SME) covering key areas of Infrastructure and Applications. This team of trusted advisors will:

Work with business units to capture and record in the demand management system, all resource requirements for future projects at the ideation stage and update accordingly as the project progresses through to implementation
Validate HLD and LLD for all projects before giving signoff for implementation to begin
Work with Project Managers to devise and validate the implementation plan and link all dependencies
Validate As-built documentation during project handover and ensure it is reflected on the knowledge management system
Validate Infrastructure RFP documents to ensure all Infrastructure requirements have been factored and properly scoped.
