The Cyber Security Manager will spearhead the Cybersecurity Program by leading cybersecurity related projects, increasing cybersecurity resilience and maturity of the organisation, and ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements.This role will be based in Riyadh.Client DetailsOur client is a renowned Investment and Financial Services company based in Riyadh.DescriptionThe Cyber Security Manager will be responsible for:Developing and implementing overall Cybersecurity strategy in alignment with overall corporate strategyEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements (CMA, SAMA, etc.)Budget preparation and management for CybersecurityDelivery of Cybersecurity projectsSecurity Operations Center (SOC) managementCybersecurity awareness programs and phishing testing campaignsCybersecurity architecture; design and implementation of cybersecurity tools, solutions and technologiesRFPs and vendor selection/managementCybersecurity risk managementDesigning strategies to identity and mitigate cybersecurity vulnerabilitiesWorking closely with internal stakeholders such as IT, Audit, Operations, etc. to improve cybersecurity postureAssist with audits, and implement audit recommendationsRecruitment and management of cybersecurity teamDocumentation and reporting to senior managementPromoting cybersecurity culture within the organisationProfileThe Cyber Security Manager will be/have:At least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related fields of studyIndustry-recognized cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc.6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, ideally within banking/financial services sectorLed cybersecurity function in previous rolesStrong knowledge of SAMA and CMA cybersecurity requirementsIn-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices and technologiesExcellent communication skills; ability to interact with various stakeholders across all levels of the organisationLeadership skillsA Saudi national; based in/willing to relocate to RiyadhJob OfferThe package for the Cyber Security Manager role will be commensurate with experience.
