Yard CoordinatorCAROUSEL_PARAGRAPH * Riyadh, Saudi Arabia * Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain * 271757BR Share Job* Yard coordinator once receives the trailer he should check the LT, seal & trailer condition to process for loading.* If the seal is not available or trailer condition is bad reject the truck by align supervisor & inform supplier to provide another truck with new LT or seal (For curtain truck, there should be a seal on both side total 5 seal).* Check the driver/truck information on LT. * Inform driver about our rules of food safety while loading & ask him to wait in Queue for loading* If driver refuse to fallow our company rules reject the truck align with supervisor & inform supplier to provide another truck with new LT or seal.* If driver understand & agree to fallow our company rules inform warehouse to process for loading.* Once yard coordinator receives confirmation from storekeeper to park the truck on dock, he should guide drive complete parking & apply the wheel chocks by following SWP.* After parking done yard coordinator ask driver to switch off the truck take the keys ask him to wait till warehouse finish loading & confirm storekeeper to start loading (Truck keys should be place in key box till loading finished).* After loading finish yard coordinator ask driver to collect the document & cross check all the details LT, seal number, driver acknowledge on TCN & return the kays to drivers remove wheel chocks guide him to move truck from dock & release the truck.* Once the truck release from dock yard coordinator updates the status to storekeeper & informs the next availability of trucks to for loading.
