Job Description

The Workshop Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and repair operations within the LPG Bottling and FMCG industry. This position is essential for ensuring that all workshop activities are conducted efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems related to LPG bottling equipment.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise all workshop activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all workshop equipment and machinery.
  3. Lead a team of technicians and mechanics, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.
  4. Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and materials, ensuring timely procurement to avoid downtime.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  6. Prepare and manage the workshop budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely completion of projects.
  8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  9. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
