Job Description

As a Workshop Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing workshops and training programs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the workshop facilitators, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the workshops. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and schedule workshops and training programs according to the needs of the participants and the availability of the facilitators.
  2. Communicate with workshop facilitators to ensure they have all the necessary materials and resources for the workshops.
  3. Manage workshop logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and participant registration.
  4. Assist in the development of workshop materials, including handouts, presentations, and training manuals.
  5. Collect feedback from workshop participants and facilitators to evaluate the effectiveness of the workshops and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Maintain accurate records of workshop attendance, evaluations, and other relevant data.
  7. Provide administrative support to the workshop facilitators, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  8. Assist in marketing and promoting workshops to increase participation and reach a wider audience.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workshop coordination and training facilitation.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall success of workshops and training programs.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. 1-5 years of experience in workshop coordination or a related field.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Experience in marketing and promoting workshops is a plus.
  9. Knowledge of training facilitation techniques and adult learning principles.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
