Facilitate any changes in office space and location.Client DetailsOur client is involved in one of the biggest luxury developments in the KSA Region with a focus on hospitality assets, cultural assets and natural assets.DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of workplace operations, including building maintenance, security, and safety protocolsDevelop and implement workplace policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and visitorsManage vendor relationships and contracts for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and securityCoordinate workplace projects, including office renovations and furniture installationsManage workplace budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and savings wherever possibleCollaborate with HR and other departments to develop workplace programs that support employee well-being, engagement, and productivityMonitor workplace technology systems and equipment, including audio-visual, telecommunications, and office equipmentEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to workplace managementFacilitate any movements of office space and setting up new officesProfileThe successful candidate will be strong in workplace management. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in workplace management or related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, management, and vendorsStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProven ability to lead and manage a team of facility management professionalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimizationKnowledge of workplace technology systems and equipment, as well as workplace safety and security protocolsFamiliarity with relevant laws and regulations related to workplace management and occupational health and safetyJob OfferThis is an opportunity to advance within this market leader.
