Job responsibility1. Ensure that the site plan is locally adapted and landed, and ensure zero network security for delivery 2. Cooperate with the overall strategic implementation of the system department, cooperate with the NPO to guide customers to specify network construction goals, and conduct customer high-level technical benchmarking3. Effectively identify project delivery risks and mobilize internal and external resources end-to-end to promote solutions. 4. Sort out the order and income of the wireless MBB service of the project to ensure that the particles are returned to the warehouse.Skills1. Familiar with wireless communication principles, Huawei wireless equipment, operating system, database installation and debugging, antivirus and security hardening, resource load analysis, network operation analysis;2. Have a deep understanding of Huawei wireless products and peripheral products, have the ability to analyze cross-product issues, and be able to work as wireless project TD/TL; 3. Can solve problems in project delivery by itself, can perform deeper log and message analysis, and have the ability to cooperate with R&D and GTAC;4. Have the ability to operate at the base station level and be familiar with Huawei's ITR process;5. Have the ability to solve technical and non-technical problems encountered in the delivery process; 6. With 2G/3G/4G/5G base station, controller, network management, antenna and other wireless (including products and features) and related system integration service delivery capabilities; 7. Ability to travel to overseas business trips. 8. Those with overseas experience and Python programming development capabilities are preferred.
