? 12 years of prior experience working in Windows Server technologies? Hands-on experience with Windows servers, virtualization, server hardware, server performance/availability assessment and user support tasks.? Expert level Administration of Windows Operating System components (IIS, DNS, DHCP, AD, Hyper-V, Exchange Server etc.)? Expert level VMware administration, SRM, VMware ESXi Upgrades.? Expert level WSUS/SCCM administration.? Expert Level Microsoft Cloud App Administration ( Exchange Online,Teams,Azure AD , MFA )? Should have experience to prepare and update various architecture documents related to MS products.? Sound technical experience in resolving complex issues and deriving RCA.? Experience of working with customers during support and change management activities.? Candidate should be able to develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.? Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to a very advanced level? Should have experience in scripting skills.? Must be Microsoft certified, VMware and ITIL certification.?
