Job Description

As a Web Hosting Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the companys web hosting infrastructure. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation and availability of the companys websites and online applications.Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and troubleshoot web hosting servers and services to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain web server software and related components, including Apache Tomcat, JBoss, and Nginx.
  3. Manage domain names, SSL certificates, and DNS settings.
  4. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  5. Collaborate with developers and IT teams to deploy and update websites and web applications.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Strong knowledge of web hosting technologies, including Apache Tomcat, JBoss, and Nginx.
  2. Experience with Linux server administration.
  3. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
