Working as Web Administrator maintaining and optimizing the companys eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless user experiences, and supporting the companys digital growth. key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the companys eCommerce platform.
  • Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track, analyze, and report on website traffic, user behavior, and conversions.
  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot web analytics tags and pixels to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Develop and manage event tracking on the website to gain insights into user interactions and site performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to optimize the website for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and troubleshoot website issues as needed.
  • Generate and present detailed reports on web performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
