Job Description

Our company in the food and beverages industry is seeking a Warehouses Manager to join our team. As the Warehouses Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouses, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, ordering materials as needed, and tracking shipments. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless operations.Responsibilities

  • Planned and supervise the entire warehouse operation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for employees, enforce safety protocols, and complete regular safety audits.
  • Monitor and evaluate employees work performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners.
  • Ensure all shipments and receipts are recorded, tracked, and processed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all products are stored correctly.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer orders are timely and fulfilled.
