Job Description

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods, and managing a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  2. Ensure the efficient and accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
  4. Implement and enforce health and safety standards in the warehouse.
  5. Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and productivity.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the flow of goods and resolve any issues or delays.
  7. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
  8. Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles.
  9. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  10. Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance to senior management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  2. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
  8. Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  9. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.
