Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
Develop and update the warehouse strategic goals in line with the companys strategy.
Prepare and implement the annual warehouse plan to support the overall strategic objectives of the company.
Prepare and manage the warehouse budget.
Distribute workload among warehouse staff, monitor and ensure that all staff members are performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.
Ensure goods are prepared according to the invoice.
Prepare and submit reports of damaged and near-expiry goods in shipments.
Oversee, monitor and control price scanning, tagging and labeling.
Supervise the packing and weighing of goods set to be delivered.
Monitor incoming goods unloading and unpacking to ensure avoiding goods damage and losses.
