Job Description

  • Responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse and dispatch activities, and maintain smooth receiving and delivery process
  • Secure dispatch targets set by Plant Manager and ensure accurate forecasting of orders
  • Ensure accurate reporting of inventory and reconcile variances accordingly on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate timely delivery of goods to stores
  • Oversee ordering and storage of raw materials in accordance to health and safety regulations
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth
  • Train and supervise warehouse and dispatch employees to maximize productivity
