Job Description

(English)An organized warehouse supervisor to supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The warehousesupervisor will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security,maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. You will oversee, train,evaluate and reward staff. You will ensure the maintenance of company assetsTo ensure success you need to multitask effectively ina fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner thatmaximizes profits.   • Managing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations, from receiving of stock, storing, and dispatching to stores via creating system transactions.
  • Coordinate with Finance inventory and Buyers to close all discrepancies and ensure these are claimed from suppliers.
  • Leads the organization?s Performance Improvement plan and Operational Efficiency initiatives; ensuring a data-driven and results oriented approach that supports successful execution of company strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with IT to develop ERP to fit the warehouse operations needs.
  • Train all related staff how to use the AX in an effective way.
  • Educate department Supervisors and team members in identifying key performance improvement indicators, targeting opportunities for improvement, adopting best practice processes and successfully executing improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and hiring process, to ensure staffing levels are maintained with quality talent.
  • Design and implement staffing strategies to ensure work force is flexible and can respond to variations in workflow.
  • Effectively lead and develop the Process Managers and employees utilizing performance management tools to enhance performance and achieve individual as well as company goals.
  • Implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Implementing and overseeing security operations.
  • Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Ensuring safety of staff.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure that the performance goals are set and achieved, through the proper execution
  • performance metrics as it relates to Productivity, Safety, Quality and Customer Service.
