Collect Packing List from Warehouse Supervisor and count cartons physically as per the list. Segregate cartons in receiving staging area according to SKU and Batch. Record the weight for OUD, Dhoon and maintain accordingly. Assist Operators in Put away and picking items. Confirm shipments variances to Warehouse Supervisor if there is. Generate Replenishment Orders from ERP system. Assist Pickers to pick items from shelves and segregate them according to locations in the delivering staging area. Update and confirm quantity in system after checking. Maintain and keep stock picked report up to date. Make sure to register stock in ERP System Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes and operating procedures to others
