Job Description

Role purposeEnsuring the efficient management and control of the Warehouse Operation whilst achieving agreed budgetary and service levels. Provide an effective and reliable service to different key stakeholders of the function. Apply and adhere to the policies, standards, and regulations of the organization and Saudi Healthcare authorities.Key Activities

• ÿStore the right quantity of products in the right location to feed the businesss operational demands.
• Organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products to feed customer demand.
• ÿLead the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• ÿEnsure storage of products is in full adherence with the policies, standards, and regulations of the organization and Saudi Healthcare authorities.
• ÿProvide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times.
• ÿEnsure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with automated system utilizing help of the warehouse team.
• Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to products in and out including labelling.
• ÿDevelop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation and training and safety records.
• Create policies and procedures for warehouse activities and ensure all systems meet the standards for accreditation in line with the quality systems.
• ÿEstablish, monitor, and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures.

• Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with department strategy.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Develop and share warehouse scorecard on agreed timely intervals.
• Apply the principles of FEFO and/or FIFO as appropriate.
