Job Description

  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in fine dining restaurants or QSR
  • Execute corporate operational initiatives,ensure and uphold brand standards (food safety, cleanliness, quality, etc.), operational metrics, expectations, and service standards (fast, accurate, friendly, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen skills such as financial review, assessment, use of competitive data, etc
  • Knowledge of basic business operations, guest satisfaction, and marketing effectiveness.
