Customer Service?Provide courteous and efficient service ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.?Establish a good relationship with guests, using the guests? name whenever possible, thus strengthening rapport and customer satisfaction.?Exhibit a professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for the guests?Be a caring problem solver, cooperative, accommodating, and fair, ensuring that all guests are satisfied with the service received.Food and Beverage Specific?Welcome and greet guests. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.?Prepare the final bill, present the check to the guests, accept and process payment.?Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.?Be ready and willing to assist Runner with clearing and resetting tables.?Follows the Steps of Service SOPs.?Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.?Maintain an alert and attentive demeanor at all times in addition to remaining calm during periods of heavy business volumes.?Adheres to company standards as it relates to personal grooming.?Attends all training classes as instructed by Restaurant Manager.?Adheres to company standards and policies relating to safety, security, energy and first aid procedures.?Regular and reliable attendance.
