Job Description

On behalf of a fine dining restaurant, we are hiring Waiters for their Riyadh branch.Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. You will play an important role in guest satisfaction as you are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems.

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Always strive towards the best customer satisfaction.
  • Greet customers and present menus.
  • Make suggestions based on their recommendations.ÿ
  • Take and serve food/drink orders following the sequence of service.
  • Up-sell when appropriate.
  • Arrange table settings.
  • Always keep tables clean and tidy.
  • Check products for quality.
  • Deliver checks and collect payments.
  • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
  • To observe the Company?s rules and procedures and carry out any reasonable request made by your Manager, Supervisor, or Duty Manager.
  • Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Follow proper handling and the right temperature of all food products.
  • Maintain and install strong recognition for regular guests.
