Reporting into the Head of Valuations, the VP Valuations will be responsible for the valuation of complex financial instruments investments for the organisation globally.Client DetailsA leading, global financial services organisation.DescriptionThe VP Valuations will be responsible for:Member of the team responsible for preparation of internal valuation of fixed income/debt and complex financial instruments investments in KSA and internationallyAnalysis of investment performance and review of external valuations of investmentsPerform industry researchPerform financial statement and benchmarking analysisParticipate in management discussions concerning investment performance and outlookPrepare and review valuation and spreadsheet models including options and derivativesDraft valuation reports and executive presentationsProfileOver 10 years relevant experience with valuations of fixed income and complex financial instrument investmentsBachelors degree in accounting, finance or business from an accredited college/universityAchievement of or working towards a formal valuation accreditation Experience with an accounting or valuation firmExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong Excel and Powerpoint skillsValuation across fixed income and complex financial instruments including illiquid, vanilla and exotic derivativesAdvanced financial modelling skills Experience of audit review/verification processSolid research and analytical skills and the ability to work well both autonomously and in an team environmentJob OfferHighly attractive basic and benefits package in addition to the opportunity to grow a team and ongoing salary reviews
