As the Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our clients strategic initiatives for RE investments in KSA region with a focus on income generating assetsClient DetailsOur client, a leading investment management firm with a substantial multi-billion dollar Assets Under Management (AUM), operates in the fixed income, equities, and real estate (RE) sectors.Descriptionú Fund Structuring: Lead the structuring of a fund dedicated to Real Estate development and yield, emphasising income-generating projects in Saudi Arabia.ú Asset Origination: identify, evaluate, and secure income-generating assets, exploring opportunities in the region.ú Deal Structuring: Conduct feasibility studies, source income-generating assets, and negotiate Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and bank financing.ú Market Analysis: Assess market trends, evaluate opportunities, and provide valuable insights to guide confidential investment decisions.ú Team Collaboration: Collaborate with existing teams, fostering synergy with the asset management and investment teams.Profileú 5-10 years of experience in Real Estate investments.ú Strong skills in sourcing, conducting investment analysis, and structuring deals, with a preference for buy-side experience.ú Previous exposure to income-generating assets and familiarity with the Saudi and UAE markets.ú Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.ú Possesses an engineering background (preferred).ú Demonstrated ability to confidentially lead and grow within a dynamic investment environment.Job Offerú Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organisation.ú Collaborative working environment with a dedicated global team.ú Competitive salary commensurate with experience
