Must-Have: 20+ years of experience in equipment management within construction or heavy equipment industry Experienced in managing a large fleet (min 5000+ units) and overseeing scheduling & deployment of equipment Proficiency in preparing annual budget, analyzing costs, and implementing strategies to optimize operations.
