The Ventures Intern supports the Ventures team with sourcing startups for the accelerator program, assisting in evaluating investments by analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes. The ideal candidate is passionate about entrepreneurship, technology, innovation and venture capital Role and Responsibilities * Source Seed and Series A startups for accelerator program and investment * Support Ventures team in developing reports * Evangelize Plug and Play to all potential network partners including startups, investors, corporate members within all verticals * Connect corporate partners primarily with the highest-quality start-ups who are vetted and willing to participate in the Saudi ecosystem * Provide event production and logistical support for workshops and deep dive sessions and other events as part of the accelerator * Collaborate with corporate executives in deal flow sessions * Identify and solve problems and/or source startups in key areas, especially outside of the core competencies of the corporate partners * Conduct research to identify new markets and industry sectors, conducting in-depth business analysis to identifying new competitive opportunities Qualifications * University Student or above * Comfortable with Excel, Google DocsBi-lingual (Arabic & English)preferred*Startup experiencepreferred* Location Riyadh, Riyadh Minimum Experience Entry-level
