Managerial & OrganizationalResponsibilities:

In coordination with UM & RSM develop and implement monthly sales plan that deliver company agreed objectives & targets.
Organize and build effective sales and merchandising self-capabilities that deliver the set targets and objectives.
Communicate and train customers to effectively and successfully implement the brands strategy.
Attend and participate on daily and monthly reviews of business objectives.?Operational:
Follow Journey plan and ensure there is no call exceptions and non-buying customers.
Provide customers with suggested orders ensuring maximum SKU availability in stores.
Achieve sales, distribution and visibility targets and objectives by brand by outlet.
Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales & distribution KPIs
Implement trade visibility and display planograms as per brand strategy
Communicate and implement monthly promotional activities across all customers.
Effective use of hand held devices.
Implement inventory FEFO process on van & channel Stock.
Ensure implementation of retail selling price (RSP) by brand and outlet.
Update trade on product knowledge, features & benefit.
Ensure 100% implementation of journey cycle.
Implement promotional activities and ensure proper pricing for all products.
