Job Description

???????Responsible to any breakdown for all HVAC chillers, air compressors/dryers, supply/exhaust fans, AHU, A/C units used in the plant and machine panel A/C.???????Attend breakdown break down and preventive maintenance work.???????Perform overhauling of HVAC chiller and air compressor to maintain it operational at all time.???????Daily check up of all chillers and air compressor.???????Conduct and attend the planned monthly preventive maintenance.???????Attend new projects such as machine erection and relocation.???????Perform fabrication works and other duties as assigned???????Coordinate and report to Chiller Supervisor routine inspection of all units under utility section.???????Conduct inspection on the arrived machine spare parts.???????Coordinate to production staff for planned and scheduled preventive maintenance activities.???????Follow company rules and regulation.???????Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Installation of new machines/equipment?s etc.
  • Maintain records and make reports of breakdowns, preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and control of machines and equipment?s.
  • Comply with all company and HSE related policies and procedures.
