Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Utility Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Utility Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the utilities department, ensuring the smooth running of all utility systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a strong technical background in utility systems and maintenance.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the utilities department.
  2. Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of all utility systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all utility systems and equipment.
  4. Monitor utility usage and implement strategies to optimize energy efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  6. Train and supervise utility department staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to utility operations and maintenance.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  9. Identify and recommend improvements to utility systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in utility management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in utility operations and maintenance.
  2. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  3. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  6. Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  7. Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  8. Ability to analyze utility data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  10. Proficient in computer applications related to utility management.
