???????Responsible to any breakdown for all HVAC chillers, air compressors/dryers, supply/exhaust fans, AHU, A/C units used in the plant and machine panel A/C.???????Receiving of work request issued to Utility Section and assigning of task to supervisors, technicians and operators.???????Attend over hauling work and major breakdown when needed.???????Study repeated troubles and do corrective action to prevent its repetition.???????Planning, scheduling and execution of weekly/monthly preventive maintenance based on run hours to increase machine efficiency.???????Execution of planned monthly preventive maintenance.???????Maintain machine history records and other?ISO DOCUMENTATIONS.???????Monitor and fairly evaluate the performance of supervisor and technicians on their assigned task of daily work activities.???????Ensure availability of tools and machine manuals to support his staffs to execute their work properly.???????Study the Technical Specifications of new m/c?s and suggests any required additional/modification on it.???????Preparation of materials and facilities needed during execution of projects.???????Project designing and planning for facilities improvement.???????Scheduling project work according to the present manpower.???????Attend new projects to monitor the work according to specification and design.???????Direct coordination to the Maintenance Manager ? breakdown reports and status of machines, spare parts stocks and usage, planned and scheduled task, accident reports, overtime reports etc.???????Coordinate to storekeeper on inspection and receiving of arrived spare parts before storing on proper stocks location.???????Checks spare parts buffer stocks foreign and local.???????Coordinate with other spare parts supplier locally available.???????Monitor all requested items foreign and local for immediate purchasing to prevent delay.???????Coordinate to machine manufacturer Engineer/Technician for technical information and supports.???????Coordinate with Production Department Heads for planned and scheduled maintenance activities.???????Explain and execute the company policy to all staff, which is beneficial to company and employee.???????Conduct orientation program for the newly join employee in the section.???????Conduct training programs to improve the technical know how of staffs.
