Job Description

The opportunityProject: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia.This unique project will consist of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment and arts along with all associated infrastructure.Mace is currently bidding for one of the several Delivery Partner roles which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the infrastructure sectors such as utilities, water, wastewater, and sanitation and monitor the delivery of public utility infrastructure.
  • Having knowledge in planning, operations, construction practices and materials used in the design, engineering and configuration of water, wastewater, sanitation etc.
  • Having knowledge in the public realm and understanding of pumps, meters, valves, and lift stations as well as all testing, and reporting required by regulatory bodies necessary for effective and efficient systems.
  • Preparing a variety of reports related to utility activities.
  • Delivering the strategy of the programme through the creation of the right interfaces and interactions.
  • Ensuring adequate and appropriate resources for the programme.
  • Ensuring effective communication through the programme and through good stakeholder management.
  • Facilitating the translation of strategy into planning and delivery across the programme.
  • Ensuring appropriate, accurate financial management and control for all projects.
  • Complying with all protocols, policies and procedures in relation to all staff related matters.
  • Promoting continuously and making an influence positive safety culture.
  • Providing a coherent report performance against the plan to the client and regional management.
  • Acting as the public face of the programme to external stakeholders.
  • Chairing executive steering group meetings.
  • Providing management to balance value, quality, time and cost drives in order to optimise the programme.
  • Directing, inspiring, motivating and encouraging a high performing team environment.
About youYou have a relevant degree qualification, master?s preferred. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursue a similar level of professional qualification.You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and run a strong, motivated team.
