PepsiCo is universally recognized as one of the best companies in the world for leadership development.Job Purpose:Lead the shift Maintenance team in his area to follow the implementation of the corrective and preventive maintenance in addition to all other assigned tasks by his direct manager and ensure they all are executed in safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.Key Accountabilities:* The overall managing Quality, Costs, Service and People with the aid of technicians and operators across all shifts * Executing the maintenance schedules to maintain the Utilities equipment with-in given engineering, safety and food safety standards. * Adhere to all technical problems within the area of responsibility and make sure proper actions are identified and taken and support other areas supervisors if needed. * Ensure all requirements of the safety policies are being adhered to. * Maintain and implement AIB & Food Safety standards. * Identify opportunities, support initiatives and encourage his team to improve production and engineering processes in conjunction with production personnel to improve quality, productivity, enhance safety or drive down costs. * Ensure that spending is in line with the department budget and direct manager directions. * Daily reporting of all shift activities. * To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance with the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and OH&S targets are achieved. * To implement, reinforce, guide and follow up with the equipment condition monitoring tactics and resulted action plans execution. * To evaluate and identify the root causes of major and repetitive equipment breakdowns to build, assign and execute action plans for future reoccurrences prevention.
