Organizational Relationship:The Urban Planning Advisor will report directly to the Minister, and work with other team members of the Program. He will also require to work with ministry staff to address the design aspects of urban development at all levels.RESPONSIBILITIESTo review existing plans and analyze urban planning/design issues at the national level. Prepare reports on all aspects of urban planning and design. Make presentations as and when required. Review developer/ investor proposals and make comments as necessary. Provide advice on elements of urban planning and design at the national level. Prepare technical scope of work for projects carried out by the Urban Design Unit. Work with engineering and planning staff on resolving design issues.
