Job Description

Key ObjectivesSave working practices experience, good to excellent skills in DC Electrics, Mechanics Hydraulics and automotive technology, Software skills, PC knowledge with regular Office software, self-driven, independent working, team minded. English fluently in writing and verbally.Key Responsibilities

  • In case of a breakdown of any equipment or complaints about malfunction of said equipment, the Trouble Shooter has to identify and to locate the source of it, doesn?t matter if this will be mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or electronic reason.
  • He should come basically as an Electrician with excellent DC knowledge and with skills in computers ? especially open-source software and the possibility to diagnose this as well -, skills in mechanics and hydraulics, too.
  • He locates the reason for the trouble and, if possible, repairs it by himself. If not possible, he advices the workshop team what to do to get it repaired in a professional manner and return the equipment back in service. Before returning to the operation team, he will conduct required equipment tests.
  • Should be experienced as an Electrician, DC automotive electric, with the skills in reading electric and hydraulic diagrams with at least 5 years of his good skills in Mechanics and Hydraulics will qualify him, too. Pneumatic skills would be an advantage.
  • He should provide knowledge in safe working practices and should be able to lead a team for such repair tasks, too.
  • Should issue the required trouble shooting finding, repair and service reports and recommendations either in word or excel and provide them to the workshop supervisor and the Planner.
  • This person should be able to diagnose problems, identify required actions, provide possible recommendations, and should conduct the required by himself or together with a team.
