We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Treasury & Shareholders Relation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our treasury activities and maintaining positive relations with our shareholders.As the Treasury & Shareholders Relation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the companys financial stability and maintaining strong relationships with our shareholders. You will be responsible for executing strategic financing and cash management activities, as well as coordinating communication efforts with our shareholders to promote transparency and effective decision-making.ResponsibilitiesManage all treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and risk managementDevelop and implement strategies to optimize the companys capital structure and ensure efficient utilization of financial resourcesMonitor and evaluate financial market conditions to identify opportunities and risks that may impact the companys treasury operationsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in treasury managementCollaborate with the finance team to forecast and report on cash flows, develop financing plans, and support budgeting activitiesPrepare and present treasury reports and financial analysis to senior management and shareholdersOversee the execution of shareholder transactions, including dividend payments, stock offerings, and share repurchasesEstablish and nurture relationships with key shareholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerStay up-to-date with evolving trends and regulations in treasury management and shareholder relations, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
