The Treasury Director is responsible for managing the companys treasury activities, which include but are not limited to, cash management, capital planning, debt management, risk assessment, and overseeing financial relations with institutions and partners. They are a focused on driving the long term growth and development of esports and the games industry globally.DescriptionCash ManagementOversee the management of company liquidity and cash reserves.Implement effective cash flow forecasting and reporting mechanisms.Capital PlanningDevelop and implement strategies for capital structure and financing options.Work closely with senior management on M&A activities, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.Debt ManagementEvaluate the companys capital structure and debt profile.Manage relationships with lenders, creditors, and rating agencies.Risk ManagementDevelop and implement risk management policies related to currency exposure, interest rates, and other financial risks.Investment ManagementOversee the companys investment portfolio.Evaluate investment options to achieve optimal returns while minimizing risk.Financial RelationsMaintain and nurture relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.Team LeadershipLead, train, and manage the treasury team, Develop KPIs and benchmarks for assessing the effectiveness of the treasury operations.ProfileThe successful candidate will have strong exposure to Treasury activities with an understanding of the technology sector. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required. At least 15 years of progressive experience within Treasury at a senior level.
