Job ObjectiveManage and direct daily trucking operations, converting client requests into successful operational processes, ensuring maximum fleet capacity utilization (headhaul/backhaul), and maintaining accurate trip documentation.Key Responsibilities1. Order Management & DispatchingReceiving client orders and documenting shipment data (type, weight, destination, schedule).2. Fleet Operations & Load SourcingEnsuring trucks do not run empty by actively searching for backhaul loads.3. Field Follow-up & SupportReal-time tracking via GPS to ensure route compliance.4. Documentation & Records ManagementIssuing transport docs (Bayan/Naql), reviewing fuel invoices and PODs.
