The six lines have a total route length of 175km with 86 stations and 7 depots.ALSTOM as part of FLOW consortium is assigned to a comprehensive range of Transit Systems Maintenance (TSM) services for Line 3, 4&6 and Line 5. This 10 year service agreement includes maintenance of: Rolling Stock (Trains), Signaling, Telecommunications, Power Supply, Guideway System, Platform Screen Doors and Depot Equipment.OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:The purpose of this role is to be responsible of the management and execution of Operations activities, including :

  • Engineering
  • Supply Chain
  • Line Maintenance Management
Network & Links: Internal: Platform and Region transit system organization, Project DirectorExternal: Flow consortium organizationRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The adherence to the EHS policies of the project and the company
  • The strategy and global planning of resources for activities under the responsibility of the TSM for Lines 3,4&6, and 5
  • Financial management of all Work Packages assigned under operations.
  • The management of Risks associated with the execution of maintenance activities for RST, SLV, POS, PSD, and DEQ
  • Ensure efficient completion of activities relevant for the readiness of the trial Run and Commercial Service
  • Ensure Competency Management of the team assigned to each line in line with the FLOW Training and Competency Management plan
  • Ensure adherence to the FLOW and Alstom Safety Management System
  • Work closely with Engineering and Supply Chain for the identification and availability of tools, spares, and consumables for the timely performance of the maintenance
  • Perform Corrective and Preventive maintenance of the Transit System in accordance with the relevant CMMS/PTW processes
  • Ensure achievement of the Performance Margin and Transit System Availability , and Service Availability KPIs relevant to the Operations entity
  • Ensure Saudization of the team to be compliant with the contractual and company initiative
  • Work with sourcing and procurement to ensure localization of parts
  • Strategize the development of repair center. Identify short term and long-term targets and ensure achievement of these targets
  • Deploy predictive or Conditional Maintenance tools for the efficient execution of the maintenance activities (Health Hub train, BIM, WPMS etc.)
  • Ensure industrialization of maintenance activities for L3,4&6, and 5
Qualifications & Skills:EDUCATION
  • Engineering / University degree
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: You are an outstanding Team Player, with proven talent in organizing teams & taking initiatives. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
  • 10+ years of experience related to the railway maintenance

  • Strong communication skills;
  • Persuasive, resilient & committed.
  • Speak, read and write English.
