Operational Roles:
Manage transformation operations within the agency and the government sector in compliance with international standards, regulations, policies, and agency-approved technological transformation requirements.
Supervise the preparation of the transformation plan for agency projects in coordination with relevant stakeholders and ensure its implementation with the agencys organizational units. Provide reports to the concerned parties.
Manage the monitoring process for agency projects according to the project management methodology.
Manage the process of reviewing and developing the organizational structure of the agency and job descriptions in line with the requirements of the transformation and the future situation in coordination with the HR department.
Manage the process of identifying the required human resources and specialties for the agencys transformation initiatives in coordination with the relevant stakeholders and the HR department.
Administrative and Organizational Roles:
Identify the departments competency and talent needs and manage the affairs of employees under the department.
Evaluate the performance level of the departments employees and recommend HR decisions such as rewards, appointments, promotions, and transfers.
Ensure the achievement of the departments main objectives and improve the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of the services it provides.
