Follow up with projects managers and make sure they are using the right agreed forms for different jobs and ensure project files are complete and archived as required.?
Arrange department meeting and present the progress report in order to highlight any obstacles the department may face from system/workflow point of view.?
Issue PRS and follow up on approval process until getting final approval and receiving service in ERP and follow up contractors invoices with finance and to ensure their timely payment.
Prepare contracts for all engineering projects and keep a report on the approved budgets utilized by reporting it on a weekly basis to ensure budget allocation adjustment & effective monitoring based on approved workflow.?
