1- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization to meet the expectations of required staff and management by conducting or monitoring the training programs conducting by his team2- Provide leadership development education in order to meet the highest level of Leadership and Management skill of each manager by conducting leadership training including the COGS, P&L, Handling people etc.3- Create training materials, Develop Multimedia visual aids and presentations to be effective trainer and easy to understand the topics4- Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets in order to avoid any over or under spending but with the right materials and resources needed by the training by proper planning and recording of needed.5-Creates individual development plans for each employee reporting to him in order to meet the planned growth of each member of the team by creating individuals plan and conducting performance appraisal6-Recommends necessary revisions to existing training courses and possible areas requiring training courses to update all the possible changes or revisions of the training materials by checking time to time and follow up.7-Researches new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs to Human Resource & Administration Senior Manager. Contracts with vendors for employee participation in outside training programs, and monitors and reports effectiveness of training on employees short-term and for career development.8-Organizes and develops training manuals, reference materials and testing, and evaluation procedures. Keeps informed on new developments, methods and techniques in the training and developments areas.9- Assists Human Resource & Administration Senior Manager in providing advice on a succession planning program for high-potential management employees.
