The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for continuous learning.Key Responsibilities:? Develop and implement training programs that align with the companys objectives and goals? Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization? Design and deliver effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars? Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs for their teams? Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements? Manage and coordinate the training budget and resources? Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development?
