About the jobJob brief:We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainer to train people. You will develop - training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals.Trainer must be extremely knowledgeable in the field of expertise. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.The goal is to contribute to the development of people?s technical/IT and soft skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and build training programs according to organizational requirements.
  • Determine course content according to objectives.
  • Prepare training material.
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
  • Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
  • Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree
Requirements and skills:
  • Proven experience as a trainer
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
  • Experience in designing technical course content
  • Certified trainer by TVTC
