Working collaboratively as aFemale Trainerto support company Training dept.

  • Establish a conducive learning environment for learners
  • Conduct and deliver sessions as per approved form Training department in the Company
  • Organize the workers for learning so as to support a healthy training environment for the learners.
  • Work with the training team as team work according to training approach and plans
  • Ensure safety of workers during training activities
  • Develop appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the development of workers, according to age, ability, and aptitude
