Ensure targets of all roles are met, in terms of time, headcount, budget approvals etc.Plan and ensure recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) are conducted on time.Oversee partnerships with recruitment agencies, job sites, and reputed colleges for campus placement.Creating innovative sourcing channels and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and fitment.Research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other relevant events to increase the candidate pool size.Ensure all job descriptions are explained and tagged with each Job roles and updated regularly (both in English & Arabic)Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goalsSupporting the central and Local team in identifying the right talent, arranging Interviews with the business and interviewing the key candidatesActively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring.Onboarding & Induction:Conduct & deliver the induction and ensure all new entrants are inducted properly.Liaising with Talent Transformation team to address to the Skill gaps and creating a continuous learning cultureCreate a wow onboarding experience for the new joinersMIS & Reporting:Prepare hiring dashboards, pipeline reports and communicate to the leadership team regularly.Candidates background checkingDocumenting Psychometric testing reports for talent profiles.
