The use of TransSuite Traffic Control System to ensure the effective use of traffic signal timing plans are operating optimally.
Manages traffic congestion, planned events and unplanned incidents in a Traffic Operations Center, and provides data entry and QA / QC for information in the TransSuite.
Works with the maintenance teams to ensure that system faults are identified and resolved.
Contribute to the implementation and development of the Traffic Management Centre by joining in efforts to improve working processes as well as development of system tools.ÿÿÿ
Assists with data collection to include in monthly reports, travel speed and travel time reports, incident reports and any other reports that are requested.
Liaising with external agencies in order to coordinate TMC functions for high profile special events as well as daily operational activities.
